Licensing - Most Division I colleges use a third party licensing company to ensure their brand is holds to the standards that they require.  There are two main licensing companies, Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC) and Licensing Resource Group (LRG).  Magellan Promotions has gone through the approval process with each organization and is licensed to sell to universities through both of these companies.
